The Journey from Concept to Jewel
Every precious ring in the Ursuline Collection is borne of passion, artisanal excellence, and the finest conflict-free ingredients. As a designer and hands-on jeweler, Ursula works with up to seven individual craftspeople over the course of a year to complete each new Ursuline design. If you would like to order your own Ursuline ring, Ursula would be delighted to oblige. Timeframe
Given their bespoke nature, Ursula’s individual stewardship throughout the entire production process, and the high level of craftsmanship performed in stages across some of the finest small-scale ateliers in Manhattan, please allow seven to ten weeks for completion of your order.
Sizing
Because each Ursuline design features hand-applied vitreous enamel, they cannot be re-sized. Therefore it’s paramount that you know your correct ring size when ordering. If unsure, it is advisable to check with your local jeweler for guidance on US sizing.
Shipping
Depending on whether insurance is desired and the final destination, shipping costs will vary and be added to the final balance upon completion of the order. If you live overseas, please be advised that Ursuline is not responsible for any import duties that may be levied by the destination country. If you live in New York City, in-person collection is also available as Ursula loves meeting her clients!
Care
Ursuline rings are made with a significantly heftier portion of 18k gold and platinum than industry standards. That said, because they are finished with vitreous (glass) enamel and set with fine stones, they should be treated with love and respect. To avoid possible chipping or scratching, it’s important to remove them before practicing sports and during any manual work such as gardening. Additionally, taking them off prior to dishwashing, bathing, or swimming will keep them looking their sparkly best for generations to come.
